At Nirman by AV Sarthi, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase. This Refund & Return Policy outlines the conditions under which returns, replacements, and refunds are accepted for construction materials purchased through our website.

This policy is in accordance with the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020 and the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 (India).

2. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return within 7 days of delivery if:

• The product delivered is damaged or defective (visible cracks, torn bags, compromised packaging)

• The product received is different from what was ordered (wrong brand, wrong grade, or wrong quantity)

• The product is short in quantity compared to what was invoiced

Please note: Due to the perishable and bulk nature of construction materials (cement, steel, etc.), returns are not accepted for:

• Change of mind after delivery

• Products that have been used, opened, or mixed

• Minor variations in packaging or bag design (these do not affect product quality)

• Delays caused by factors outside our control (weather, logistics, etc.)

3. How to Initiate a Return

To raise a return request, contact us within 7 days of receiving your order:

Please provide the following when contacting us:

1. Your Order ID

2. Photos or video clearly showing the damage, defect, or discrepancy

3. Your registered name and delivery address

We will review your request and respond within 1 business days.

4. Return Process

Once your return request is approved:

1. Our team will arrange pickup of the product from your delivery address at no additional cost to you.

2. Products must be in their original condition and packaging (where possible).

3. Upon receipt and inspection of the returned product, we will process your refund or replacement within 5–7 business days.

5. Refund Policy

Refunds are issued under the following conditions:

Refund Method:
Refunds will be credited to your original payment method (UPI, bank transfer, card, etc.) within 5–7 business days after approval. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

6. Order Cancellations

• Orders can be cancelled before dispatch at no charge. Contact us immediately at +91-9934464994.

• Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation is not possible. You may initiate a return after delivery as per the terms above.

7. Non-Returnable Items

The following cannot be returned or refunded:

• Cement bags that have been opened, used, or exposed to moisture

• Steel bars that have been cut, bent, or used at the construction site

• Products purchased under special promotional pricing (unless defective)

• Items where the return window of 7 days has passed

If your concern is not resolved to your satisfaction, you may escalate through:
